Buying from the Calor Cookers & Fire shop

We've tried to make the Calor Cookers & Fires Shop as user-friendly as possible, but if you're still not sure how to go about your purchase, help is at hand. Simply follow our step-by-step guide on how to shop online.

• Browse around the Cookers and Fires shop using the menu on the left or the content of each page. Find the product type you are after, for example Range cookers.
• When you have chosen your product type, you will be shown the products within that section. Click "view this product’ for more information on any items you are interested in.
• Once you have found the cooker of your choice, click the 'Add to basket' button (located next to the price of the product.)

• Check the items in your shopping basket. If you’re happy with your selection, click the 'Checkout now' button (located underneath the total price).

Note: If you change your mind, you can amend your choice by clicking the ‘Remove’ box next to your item and then clicking ‘Update your basket’.

• If you wish to continue adding more products to your shopping basket, click the 'continue shopping' button. You can return to your shopping basket at any time by clicking 'view basket' in the top right hand corner of the screen.

• The first step in the checkout process is to click on ‘Select region’ and use the drop down list to select the region you wish the products to be shipped to (eg Mainland England)
• Click the ‘Next’ button to continue.
  
  Note: If you want the invoice address to be different from the delivery address, tick the box.

• Enter all the relevant information into the boxes before clicking the ‘Next button’.
  
  Note: Don't forget to read the Terms and Conditions - and click the button to state that you have done so.
  Note: If you have any specific delivery instructions, type them into the 'Special delivery instructions box' at the bottom of the page.

• The next page will display two optional questions.
• When you are ready, click the ‘Next’ button and you will be taken to the secure HSBC payment page to input your payment details.
• Choose your card type from the list and enter the required details.

With your order complete, you can now start looking forward to its arrival. You will shortly receive an email confirming your purchase.
