We only offer a delivery service to England, Wales, and parts of Lowland Scotland.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Scottish Highlands and Islands.

What are the delivery charges?

Our charges are based on the type of product ordered and are as follows:

• Fires - £12.99*
• Free standing cooker - £25.85*
• Range cooker - £41.12*

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver all items within 10 working days of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email on placing your order.

We will also email you within 48 hours of placing an order to confirm a delivery date.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes, but please contact us to request this service. This involves an additional charge of £20.00 inc VAT.

How will my order be delivered?

All items are dispatched by Courier.

Can you remove my old cooker?

We can remove and appropriately dispose of your old cooker for just £11.99 inc VAT. Simply select this option when adding a product to your shopping basket. This service is only available at the point of delivery of your new cooker.

Please note: we cannot disconnect your cooker. A Corgi registered engineer must do this prior to collection.

Can you also remove the packaging from my new cooker?

Yes, we can! We'll remove and dispose of the packaging from your new cooker for a fee of £7.05 inc VAT. Simply select this option when adding a product to your shopping basket. Please note, this service is only available at the point of delivery of your new cooker.
